The base rate covers 6 guests. Guests 7–10 are welcome at $25 per guest per night. The booking page prices it automatically.
Fresh sheets, bedding, and towels are in the closet. Setup is self-serve. The air mattress inflates best in the second living room near the game table (instructions included).

Payments go through Stripe, you e-sign a real rental agreement, and the deposit is refundable. See our refund policy in plain English. The whole thing takes about 5 minutes.

We host up to 10 guests total. The base rate covers 6; each extra guest is $25/night, added automatically to your quote. A full-size air mattress is provided, with linens in the closet (self-serve setup; it inflates best in the second living room near the game table).
Three free spots: the driveway and in front of the garage. If your group brings more than 3 cars, the extra cars park just outside the circle of the house, a few minutes' walk, so the neighbors are never blocked.
Yes, with a heads-up. If you expect people beyond your registered overnight guests, tell us in advance what time they arrive and leave so we can let the neighbors know. We keep it a quiet street for everyone.
Often, yes. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late hours are $30 per hour. Please request them when you book so we can schedule the cleaning crew around you.
The refundable deposit is returned within 7 days of checkout as long as the home is left in good shape. A small damage waiver covers minor accidents.
Yes. Payments run through Stripe (the same processor big booking sites use), you e-sign a rental agreement, and you get every detail in writing by email.
