Good news on the deposit: pay by card and it is never charged. Like a hotel, we place a temporary hold on your card shortly before check-in and release it after checkout. Bank transfers (Zelle/ACH) include the deposit and it comes back after checkout. Card payments add a small processing fee; Zelle/ACH avoid it.
