We collect only what a stay actually needs, and we don't sell or rent your data. Ever.

What we collect

• Booking details. name, email, phone, party size, stay dates, and any notes you send us.
• Payment. processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers. Bank transfer details stay between you and your bank.
• Agreement records: your e-signed rental agreement and the time/IP of your consent to these policies (our legal record that you accepted them).
• Basic technical data. IP address and browser info in standard server logs.

How we use it

• Running your booking: confirmations, the signing and payment flow, arrival instructions, and stay-related messages.
• Legal and tax records of transactions.
• If guest screening is enabled for your booking, the details you provide may be shared with the screening provider solely to complete that check.

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing of your data for advertising.
• No marketing emails unless you've asked for them; any such email includes an opt-out.

Retention & your rights

• Booking and transaction records are kept as long as tax and legal obligations require, then deleted.
• California residents: you may request a copy of your data or its deletion (where the law allows deletion) by emailing info@paramountspaces.com. We respond within 30 days and never discriminate for exercising your rights.

Third parties we rely on

Stripe (payments), DocuSeal (e-signature), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what its job requires.
